I’m having a baby in September and very scared of giving birth. I had my first in 2022 by emergency c section. I have planned a vaginal birth with this baby. But recently I been feeling anxious and scared and everyone I know says most vbac are risky and unsuccessful. I really want to avoid a c section because last time I had a very traumatic recovery. My midwife told me not to worry about it since everything looks good and I should trust my body.

I’m nervous too. My first was vaginal no issues. My second in 2024 was emergency c section. I’m debating too for this one. For elective or trial by labor

Yes trust your body that’s just people trying to scare you just because your first was a c-section doesn’t mean that you can’t deliver vaginal
