Aww...same c-section date with mine. 10 days to see my LO 💃💃💃💃. I plan on shaving 2 days before the c-section. Although I know they would still shave down there while in the theatre to get a cleaner area to cut.

No i don't think you're supposed to. They need to shave you and they'll have the tools to get a very clean cut but itll be made harder if you've already shaved. Also if you accidentally cut yourself it could cause an issue. If you have a trimmer that you are desperate to use then maybe but honestly they've all seen a bush before and they'd rather deal with it themselves

Hmm I was told they no longer do this at all as it can increase the risk of infection? Or was that just for natural births?

Keep your judgement- advice only!

Had an emergency c section 5 months ago and we will be trying for our second baby at 12 months pp. yea I know the risks, so I don’t need to be reminded of it. We’ve been told 18 between birth and getting pregnant again is ideal but 18m between births is okay. Is there anything o can do to help my c section healing internally to give myself the best chances in my next pregnancy?

Hi everyone!

I found out that I was pregnant on June 30 and this whole time I thought I would be a little further (last first day of my period was May 19) along according to my period. However, I ovulated late. So I went and got a ultrasound at a boutique today (on the image it’s going to say seven weeks however, it is very clear this is not a seven week baby) just to figure out what was going on. I was nervous the entire time and had the worst butterflies I’ve ever had in my life. And the ultrasound did confirm and showed that I am looking to be about 5 1/2 to 6 weeks!! I have an appointment coming up for more clarity. But! I am now considered to be a March mom💕 and although I was excited before, I am now overly excited because I am a March baby myself (3/18). I’m glad to be a part of the March 2027 group and I really do hope to talk to y’all more.

Does anyone have suggestions for baby names? I'm having a boy

First time mom and having a hard time figuring out the perfect name for my baby boy. I was hoping to come up with a name that has a meaning behind it because I look at him as a miracle. So, if anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.

Mum strength

Is anyone else able to carry their baby much longer than anyone else? I have a 7 month old and people who are quite obviously stronger than me (including husband) put baby down or hand back because arms are aching!

Im here like how do you think I manage all day!
