I have nappies, cotton wool and wipes but what other items do I need?

Nappy rash Creams, nappy bags.

I always make sure there’s bepanthon in there, a set of clothes, a jumper, bonjela, baby bottle and pre-made formula bottle Baby wipes
Nappies
Nappy bags
Random 2x small toy
I always use my bag as if I’m going out for a good few hours, then ill never be caught out 😂 (it’s not happened yet, fingers crossed!)

Nappy rash cream (just in case)
Nappy disposal bags (unless your using a nappy bin)
A few muslin cloths in case baby pees while changing them
A few change of clothes for baby

Congratulations 🎉 also have bags for the dirty nappies. A bowl for warm water to use with cotton wool. Sudacrem for nappy rash. For changing bag I put clothes, nappies into sandwich bags for ease of access, plus a fold out nappy changing mat.

I used/use Bepanthon on both boys. Never had a nappy rash.
I also have spare clothes in case of blow outs.
Nappy sacks.
A mini cloth to cover privates if you're having a boy. The cloth catches the pee. Newborn boys pee all the time during a nappy change.

Different nappy creams.
Waste bin
Maybe a topper depending on the table

Nappy bags, muslins/small cloths - especially if you're having a boy!
I also have hand sanitiser and Milton wipes to hand for giving my hands/the mat a quick clean before I can wash them properly.

Ill be putting Mustela water, cotton wool pads, antibacterial hand gel, bepanthen, sudocrem, antibacterial wipes, nappy sacks, nappies, wipes muslins and spare change of clothes

Seconding muslins and spare clothes in nappy bag! I organise my bag into separate smaller zipped bags (like make up bags), one with nappies, wipes, nappy bags, cream, one with spare clothes, bibs and muslins, one with toys and spare dummy. Just makes it easier to organise and find stuff. Sometimes when I pop to the toilets to change him I just take out the zipped bag I need instead of taking the whole nappy bag if I'm confident it's just a quick easy change. I also have hand san!
We used sudocreme, and never had a nappy rash. I usually buy the largest tub when on offer, and use that to refill the smaller ones I have at our two nappy stations in the house and one in the nappy bag.

Also to say we have Milton wipes and spray at our main changing table at home, to wipe down the changing mat. Sometimes there's an accident mid change 😂 especially if a boy!

A few nappies, pack of wipes, change of baby vest, small cream maybe and that’s it really. I never overpacked.
Absolute worse case scenario, there’s always a Primark nearby selling £1.30 T-shirts if baby destroys an outfit. Pram changes are easy, don’t carry more than you need to and don’t waste money on fancy bags.
