4ish months post partum

Anyone else really struggling all of a sudden? Is there some hormonal stuff going on at this stage? It’s really took me off guard

Hi, my health visitor warned me that 4-5 months post partum is a hormone shift that can effect women especially if they are neurodivergent (I have ADHD). I have definitely felt the hormone change, I have cystic acne flaring up like I am a teenager again too lol

YES. I’ve suddenly seen changes in my mood, my skin and my patience. I can’t hack the sleep deprivation any longer, but I feel like there isn’t that newborn baby excuse to co sleep and contact nap all day anymore - it feels like I should be productive and have my sh*t together!

I thought I was going nuts with my mood being off suddenly. I’m definitely more impatient and irritable these days

For sure! The hormones are really doing bits. I’m just trying to keep a close eye on my feelings as this is the stage where the ppd and ppa really hit with my first!

Are there any legit work from home jobs that are entry level?

I suffer with chronic pain and mental illness and I struggle to get or hold a regular job, i desperately need to find something i can do from home no matter how I feel

Was your period normal in June?

I've seen several viral posts on Instagram talking about how so many women's periods were messed up in June (e.g. extremely short, had 2 in one month etc.)and it is a bit of a mystery as to why, prompting all sorts of conspiracy theories. I'm pregnant so I didn't get a period last month but now I'm curious if anyone here experienced a weird period last month!

New to perimenopause and not conceiving

I am not having a good time. I’ve conceived my daughter without problems. We decided to try for a second one almost one year ago and my period and myself felt different. I said a couple of times that I’ve had perimenopause symptoms but my partner, friends, family and gps didn’t listened. After being disregarded a couple of times in my surgery. We found out by going private that my AMH is lower for my age. I have used letrozole twice as my ovulation has become not reliable. Is anyone in the same boat? Last month was my birthday (37) and I feel very down and angry at myself. Has someone been in my situation successful? No one that I know is in the same situation as me , I feel so lonely..
