Wonky first teeth

My little girl has been really late with getting teeth she’s 14 months old and got her top teeth completely through but the bottom ones seem to be taking ages to come through, one pierced the gums months ago and still isn’t fully through and sideways and her other bottom tooth is now pierced the skin but also sideways 😣 I would take her to the dentist but unfortunately in our area they just don’t exist
