Oh they're out there. Sometimes it's at places outside of work or mandated routine. Best finding them at places you can make time for yourself in. Think of a hobby you enjoy. Maybe painting, pottery? It’s usually a community, a hobby that has its own community. Is there a hobby/club/group you wanna join? Learn? Or something you envy others that they can do well? I’ve immersed myself into the Latin community, I took up bachata and salsa lessons and I didn’t realise how big and welcoming and friendly is it. Everyone dances w everyone, we all get to know each others names as we start to see the same faces week in week out. Even if we moved interstate/overseas, he would still have his golf and bowling community anywhere in the world, and I would have my salsa/bachata aka Latin community. Gym or church is also a community.

I feel that. Everytime I feel like life is giving back to me there is always something that brings me back down to earth and realize it wasnt much or wasn't enough. All I want is true friends. Real friendships
