Is anyone on the mounjaro jab?
I’m on my 2nd week now and I just don’t know what I’m expecting…
Is it better/worse than other jabs?
It’s just sooo expensive

I've done just under 3 months on it now, lost almost 2 stone so far. I've ordered another month but I don't really want to do it much longer because of the cost 😅 I did 2 months on 2.5mg and have just ordered a second month of 5mg. You don't have to move up the doses on the schedule they say, if a lower dose is working you stay on it
Shop around for prices, you don't have to keep ordering from the same place!
I've not tried any of the other jabs personally but my MIL did Wegovy for a bit. That's cheaper although not massively and the results are slower.

I was on mounjaro before I got pregnant and plan to get back on it when I stop breastfeeding. I only stopped because I accidentally got pregnant. It was amazing for me. I lost 44lbs in 3 months. And I know a lot of people say that when you come off of weight loss injections you gain weight again. But I didn't. Obviously I gained weight during my pregnancy, but I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight 3 weeks after giving birth.

Also my mum has tried both mounjaro and wegovy which is cheaper. The weightloss on mounjaro was definitely better.

Hi, when did you change the pram from the carry cot to the seat? My little boy is nearly 4 months and just wants to look around everywhere

Boyfriend wants to put baby for adoption.

My one month old has always been on the fussier side since birth, lots of crying and just wants to be held. Recently, he was “diagnosed” with colic so the crying at night has been intense for long periods. I try my best to console him but there’s not much I can do other than to hold him and give him gas drops to help. My boyfriend (his dad) doesn’t have as much as patience as I do and he made a comment while our baby was intensely crying and said “this is what makes me want to put him up for adoption”. I immediately started crying because instead of him trying to help me to console our baby he makes comments like that. What would y’all have responded or done about that
comment if it was said to you?

6 week old won’t sleep in crib!!

Is this normal? I’m not expecting a full night of uninterrupted sleep but she won’t even settle for 20 minutes without crying and I’ve seen previous posts from you all where some are sleeping through or are at least getting 2-3 hour stretches with your LOs. Am I doing something wrong? She’s still yet to spend a night in her crib before I give up after the 10th transfer (using all the special methods) and hold her for the rest of the night which is becoming v unmanageable!
She’s gone through phases of settling up to an hour but these days as soon as her bum hits the warmed scented mattress she’s awake! Someone help and tell me this is normal and it will change (soon I hope!!)

Hi ladies,

Is it normal that at this age (eight months) babies are a bit “abusive” 😂? Obviously I mean that as a joke, but he just doesn’t stop hitting, scratching, and pulling my hair really hard. It now seems like he’s starting to do it on purpose.
I even woke up this morning with quite a bit of blood on my face, I assume he scratched me really hard during the night.

Also any suggestions?

Nappy bin - worth it? Angel care vs tommee tippee ?

I was wondering if getting a nappy bin is worth it or not ? Or do you just use a scented bin bag ?
We also have a dog and where we live there is no bin outside so we have to put the poop bags in our house , so I was thinking maybe it’s worth getting one for the scent as it could double for the baby and our dog ?
If so, do you recommend the angel care bin or the Tommy tippee ? I’ve heard that some people say even the Amazon recharge are expensive and they just use a scented bin bag (with we do, from Costco).
