Does your toddler wear stained clothing?

My daughter loves pasta with red sauce right now, and has stained at least 2 pairs of shorts and 2 shirts. 🫣 I hate to get rid of them, but also don’t want her to wear stained clothes.

I try to not let him wear them out again, but like at home. Why sacrifice more shirts? 🤣 I just put him in the stained but washed ones for messy dinners and sensory/dirty play etc.

Yes reuse at home for house clothes

They turn into just house clothes or pajamas.

Outdoor play clothes, house clothes/lazy day clothes lol.

Craft shirts too. Those come in handy once they start school and they have projects with markers, glue, glitter, etc 😅

Nah. Toddlers are messy. We wear stained clothes to the playground or on hikes allllll the time. I dont have the money to buy a new outfit every time he spills.

Boyfriend wants to put baby for adoption.

My one month old has always been on the fussier side since birth, lots of crying and just wants to be held. Recently, he was “diagnosed” with colic so the crying at night has been intense for long periods. I try my best to console him but there’s not much I can do other than to hold him and give him gas drops to help. My boyfriend (his dad) doesn’t have as much as patience as I do and he made a comment while our baby was intensely crying and said “this is what makes me want to put him up for adoption”. I immediately started crying because instead of him trying to help me to console our baby he makes comments like that. What would y’all have responded or done about that

Nappy bin - worth it? Angel care vs tommee tippee ?

I was wondering if getting a nappy bin is worth it or not ? Or do you just use a scented bin bag ?
We also have a dog and where we live there is no bin outside so we have to put the poop bags in our house , so I was thinking maybe it’s worth getting one for the scent as it could double for the baby and our dog ?
If so, do you recommend the angel care bin or the Tommy tippee ? I’ve heard that some people say even the Amazon recharge are expensive and they just use a scented bin bag (with we do, from Costco).

Am I being selfish and unreasonable?

I never got the birth or the breastfeeding journey I dreamt of. My birth was a traumatic emergency c-section and as a result, my breastfeeding was delayed and had to combo feed with formula. Sometimes there is breast aversion which breaks my heart and I have a mother who's advice is to give up and only bottle feed. I have always wanted a second baby but even more so now because I want to try a natural birth and exclusively breastfeed. Obviously I won't rush into the second because I want to put all my effort into my current baby.
Is wanting a second baby to di things differently unfair for my current baby? Am I being selfish and unreasonable?

Hi ladies,

Is it normal that at this age (eight months) babies are a bit “abusive” 😂? Obviously I mean that as a joke, but he just doesn’t stop hitting, scratching, and pulling my hair really hard. It now seems like he’s starting to do it on purpose.
I even woke up this morning with quite a bit of blood on my face, I assume he scratched me really hard during the night.

Also any suggestions?

What milk do I feed LO after 1 years old?

Probably a daft question but if formula is only until 1 years, what do I feed during night time wake ups after 1 years old? Wouldn’t cows milk be too heavy to digest during the night.. please share what you’re doing in the night time after 1 years old

Nappy Changes

So, my 10 month old has discovered his willy. Every nappy change is a struggle now as he just pulls on it and im worried he will hurt himself. Its also a pain to then keep his hands away from his mouth mid nappy change when cleaning him up.

Any advise on the best way to navigate this would be appreciated.
