My first positive test

Hey girls, I just found out 2 days ago that I am pregnant, estimated 4 weeks 2 days today. We’ve been trying for 10 months and I found out last month that my ovaries are stuck to my uterus and I’m riddled in endo and adeno. So I just accepted that this wouldn’t happen for us. Then I missed my period. No other symptoms! I’ve convinced myself that we’re going to have a miscarriage due to my anatomy and medical history so I’m finding it hard to get excited. I’m located in Dudley/Stourbridge area if anyone wanted to connect. Pics for attention!
