Tough situation!

Have a routine written out. A proper schedule that keeps your girls looked after and you sane. I used to get up first, get washed & dressed, have coffee and my own breakfast, make breakfast & get an activity ready. Wake up baby, change & dress, everyone sits for their breakfast while I tidy, feed and chat. Do activity together etc

For me it was a lot to process and learn how to do it myself but it can be difficult and sometimes you have to learn how to manage it. How old is the first baby? I was very frustrated and overwhelmed that I didn’t get any help from my family and the father of my children. But my main concern is to take care of them and do so many sacrifices to make sure they get what they need my children. If they decide to come back to help out. I would allow it but everyone is different from everybody else. There can be some pros and cons about it though. But you got this hugs

Create an emergency box. This is for times of emergency, not everyday. You put toys and things they like to do for a long period of time without you. Playdough, a favorite movie, beads, etc ...
