5 week old keeps throwing up after her bottle, it’s keeping me from sleeping as my anxiety is through the roof that I don’t want it happening when I put her back down after a feed. She’s being sick in both day and night, nights so far I’ve caught it because I just lay watching her. I’m running on empty and don’t know what to do, what to try and change to make it better😭

Is it after every feed? Have you told the health visitor or been to doc?

I'm having similar and also struggling with PPD and PPA. It keeps me awake too or I convince myself I'm doing something wrong. How much does she sick up and does she cry with it?

Some children throw up after every feed, maybe because they’re drinking too quickly, get indigestion, or have a reflux problem. But before you worry about reflux, there are things you can do to help - which I did with my son;
take the bottle out of her mouth after a few sips, so she’s not just gulping the whole bottle in one go and give her a few seconds to swallow her mouthful.
Keep her at an angle and not flat when feeding her.
Sit her up while you hold her head and chest with on hand. Rub and pat her back with the other hand, after feeding her. Sometimes if she’s trying to burp, there might be milk that hasn’t gone all the way down so she brings that back up as well as burping. It’s the same as when an adult has indigestion and vomits in their mouth.
Keep her upright by resting her on your chest after feeding her. Give her about half an hour or more for her milk to digest. It’s better to stay upright after eating for everyone, from babies to adults…

What bottles are you using and also formula?
