Flu/Cold during pregnancy
Has anyone suffered from a cold/flu during pregnancy? I am 19 weeks and full of it (sore throat, snotty nose, shivers, cough). It’s rough!
Any remedies to help? I would normally live of lemsips but you can’t have them during pregnancy.

Saline solution is great. I've used that when pregnant and breastfeeding.
