Any recommendations for antenatal classes? The ones we have been offered through the midwives are all booked up and we are on a waiting list. Happy to look for our own. We are based in Marple but can travel Stockport area or further out if needed!

Has anyone suffered from a cold/flu during pregnancy? I am 19 weeks and full of it (sore throat, snotty nose, shivers, cough). It’s rough!

Any remedies to help? I would normally live of lemsips but you can’t have them during pregnancy.

Hey everyone, has anyone self referred to talking therapies with PND? I've been having a tough time these last few months, on antidepressants, not much support around apart from my mum really. Husband doesn't understand and I don't have many friends at all, just wondered how long it took you. Feel like I need the help now, thank you x

I haven’t eaten 2 hours before my gender scan. It’s an hour away should I still have a meal, even though it says I need to eat 2 hours before. Is it going to impact my scan? Having a very bad and stressful day 🫠
