Child's sperm donor

Yes I know it's not nice but when he hasn't been involved my child's entire life is 13 years. He deserves that title. I'm taking him to court and he still hasn't responded to the court documents. I'm getting frustrated. I feel like it's going to be a battle. I need someone to be a soundboard for me so I can vent to when things are rough. Thanks

What’s the context? Are you trying to get them be involved or get their title removed or what?

Not really a big deal.... after not responding to court documents, they legally have to send documents through certified mail. Certified mail being delivered, means he got it. In hopes its the correct address. If he doesnt show to court, it works in your favor. My attorney did all of that though...

I've been in court with my 2year olds sperm donor (father). I've got him saved in my phone as sperm donor. Here if you need to talk, it is exhausting to go through
