Would this drive you mad?

I live with my parents. Every morning, they give biscuits before breakfast to my 3 year old. I always say not to give as then she doesn’t eat breakfast.
But today, they gave a whole pack which she finished.

Then I started telling them, what don’t you understand about me saying not to give biscuits before breakfast? Is it me that can’t explain, why can’t you guys just understand?

And my dad thinks I’m annoyed at everything and anything…. I mean am I wrong?

I'd be furious. My parents respect what I want her to eat

When my son was very small I had a lot of logger heads with my parents about stuff like this. They were the first ones to give him chocolate, cake, cookies, all sorts. It got to a point where all he asked for was chocolate and I had to put a hard freeze on anything sweet to get his normal eating habits back, but that was the only thing that made them think and stop.

I hope you manage to get through to them, its taken me a lot of "what you did 30 years ago and what I do now are very different". Its much better now but sometimes they slip back into them thinking they know what is best.
