Baby acne, eczema or something else?
Over the last few days my little boy has developed red cheeks which are dry and rough and has acne like spots on his chest and in his elbow and neck creases. Is this baby acne? He's my third and my others had baby acne, but i don't remember it being like this. He seems perfectly fine in himself. I'll put more photos in comments.

Hi! My boy has the same and the GP has advised it’s just heat rash and will disappear over time
Could be heat rash but could also signal an allergy. Have you noticed anything different about his nappies?
