Best age gaps for three kids – what worked for you?

I'm thinking about having three children and wondering what age gaps have worked best for other families. Did you prefer them close together or spaced out, and what were the pros and cons for you? I'd love to hear your real-life experiences and advice.

Idk... I have a 4 year old girl now. And I'm due in October with another girl !.

I've asked moms with much larger families and I think I agree with having 2 close together, then the 3rd later. Having 2 under the age of fully potty trained is enough haha. You're going to have to carry all of them at some point, so any more than you have arms is hard. My oldest are only 1.5 years apart, then I had my girl 3 years later. It works well for me.
