Move out !!!!!

I keep trying to get my son father to move out because this relationship not working he treated me bad since I been with him & I called the police they saying I got to give 30 days he won’t leave even though I told him I moved on he keep saying he don’t care he not going nowhere the apartment is in my name only!!! I Been paying bills by myself since I moved here. What do I do next????

ASK YOUR APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR AN EMERGENCY LOCK CHANGE!! CLAIM DV CAUSE THEN HE'LL BE LOCKED OUT
ALSO SEE IF YOUR COMPLEX WILL TRESPASS HIM.
CAUSE LEGALLY YOU CAN PUT HIM OUT
