Miss Rachel potty training video and I managed through bribery.

First few days they got a treat for just sitting on the potty, clothes on or off.

Next few days they were butt naked/ only a top on (puppy pads everywhere) they got treats for sitting on the potty, doing even the slightest wee on the potty. You cannot do anything else and watch them or they will creep off to a corner and ruin your carpet.
