Shaking

I've been struggling to get out with my boy who's now 12 weeks. I've just been going for walks etc where I don't have to interact with anyone šŸ™ƒ
It's my friends birthday coming up so I went to the shops yesterday. Got to the till and I just couldn't stop shaking. And then I was stuttering and it was just a mess. Idk if its because there was a long queue behind me or if I was just nervous or something? Has anyone else had this. Do I just need to go out more?
Once I left the shop I felt fine I was relieved to get out of there.

I also feel weird walking round with the pram in public. Like I'm not really there? Dizzy feeling? Idk it's hard to explain.

Sounds like an anxiety attack to me, I used to suffer horribly with them would go shakey light headed and felt like I could feel my blood going around my body. If I was you id try getting out little by little and get your confidence up with the pram. It used to make me really nervous im also 12 weeks pp but ive been getting out since 3 weeks and am now pretty confident. I used to worry people were watching judging I was doing motherhood wrong which is silly

Speak to your GP, sounds like pretty intense anxiety that would improve with proper support and management. Were you like this before baby?

This is definitely a profound anxiety response, especially the feeling of not being there when you are walking around (derealisation/depersonalisation). I had this for around a year mostly outside the house after I had a significant illness that will impact me for the rest of my life. I found shops/queues/buses or being away from an exit would panic me the most. I would definitely recommend seeing your GP and if you can getting therapy as I felt the talking therapy was really the thing that helped me process what I had been through the most. You may just need to talk/process what a life changing event being pregnant, birth and having a baby is. I really feel for you as it is incredibly difficult thing to deal with. There will be a time that you do not feel like this anymore, please reach out for help!ā¤ļø

As a mental health nurse and previous sufferer of awful anxiety and panic attacks…This is definitely anxiety hun. Particularly feeling like you’re not really there/looking down on yourself.
Please see your GP. I wonder if you had a traumatic birth.. not everyone realises you can request a birth debrief which may be helpful for you, I’d get in touch with your old midwife/hub if you think this may help.
In the meantime try to get yourself out the house little and often, to quiet places that you feel able to tolerate. Completely avoiding this will make it harder to face in the long run xxx

Anyone get annoyed with their kids just for being kids?

My Kids are actually very good. But I still find myself constantly yelling and telling them to just go play….I feel guilty all the time and feel its a symptom of my mental heath issues. Any small kind advice on how to be less angry for no reason.

Expecting too much?

I'm on a babymoon (5 night cruise) with my fiance and I'm almost 20 weeks pregnant. I got a sunburn on the beach unfortunately and even before that I was noticing swelling in my ankles. I told him several times that I wanted to enjoy the cruise by eating to my heart's content and reading while watching the waves. I stay home due to health complications so he is the one paying for the expenses for this vacation, one I couldn't have without him and I am grateful but I'm SO tired! With the sunburn and my belly growing so much recently, my feet are swollen and incredibly painful to be on. I encourage him to do stuff by himself but he keeps expecting me to join him at the pool in the sun, activities he wants to do on the top deck, and walking around in 100 degree weather when I show signs of fainting when I'm out in the heat. I don't want to disappoint him so I've been pushing myself really hard - it has been hard to stand let alone walk, my ankles have been swollen and my feet so red that they look purple, my head has been hurting, my stomach cramping, and I'm just sick of it. We got in an argument because I didn't want to wear sunscreen for the first time this trip because I had horrible bumps/rash yesterday and I don't know what caused it and he said he's been trying to help me the whole trip. I don't understand and I'm upset - how can he be mad at me for forgoing sunscreen for a 10 minute swim in the shade (that we both agreed would be good for my cramping) when I've been miserable and vocal about my symptoms this whole trip? I feel crazy and he doesn't get how hard pregnancy is and how much I've done to make him happy. I'm exhausted. Am I crazy? Am I alone?

Opinions

Need opinions, I’m a sahm 22 with a 9m old, fiance 22 works full time 8-12 hr shifts for backstory he works m-f sometimes sat it’s been rare for Saturdays but I feel as though I’m losing interest in the relationship I’m not sure what it is or why he’s amazing he helps with baby on weekends that’s his ā€œshift with babyā€ but idk what it is his bsf has been living with us for 3 weeks now certain stuffs been bothering me for ex. His friend taking my cigs (gross ik) but he hasn’t addressed him abt it as my fiance and man of the house I would’ve thought he would have said something, there was another issue that I feel as though he hasn’t properly defended me on people I’ve talked to abt it said he’s should’ve been kicked out due to him causing a disturbance but my fiance has that I can’t do that to him mentality which I love that he values others but idk ik we’re young and he has growing to do but I keep finding myself in a I want a man or for him to be like a man I have no clue where the shift even came from, I found myself talking to him saying I’m losing interest, we barley spend time together and if so we’re on our phones or doing the deed that there’s not much else he’s gotten us paint stuff from his parents so we can do that but it’s been sitting in his car I find myself asking him or reminding him to do certain things which also is slightly annoying it’s just idk I’d like some feedback good or bad (my grammar sucks) just needed thoughts and feedback
