My daughter constantly is hurting me I am covered in bruises all over even my face as she’s so rough I’m so overstimulated with the constant trampling on me and hitting me pulling my hair and twisting her feet into me and pinching ! Not to mention I am constantly a target for throwing things at launching things when she’s angry
My legs are absolutely covered in bruises

Hi. Sorry to hear this.
My 2 year old bites and pinches a lot (especially his older brother!), which can be normal at this age, because they're testing boundaries. I usually tell him the consequences of not stopping and then he stops until the next time!
Have you spoken to a health visitor about your daughter's behaviour? If you haven't had your 2 year review, that's the best time to raise your concerns. Otherwise, speak to your health visitor as soon as you can, so they can discuss your concerns and best next steps.

Like the other poster says, theyre probably testing boundaries. Mine is constantly throwing things and he looks at me and grins when he does it. It might not work with your little one but we give one warning and tell him what not to do. The second time we hold his hands together (gently) tell him no again and remove him from the situation (literally just a couple of feet away). He sticks out his bottom lip and sometimes cries but it usually is enough to distract him. Its really hard at this age because I dont think they fully understand but were just trying to be consistent and hope it sinks in.

My 2 year old is currently going through an Autism assessment but she can be extremely physical, even when she's not having a meltdown she will randomly scratch, bite, hit, rip hair out etc for no reason. It's catastrophic when she's having a wally. She'll even lash out at strangers that walk past. I don't think it's unusual for most two year olds to test boundaries and lash out occasionally but if it's all the time I'd probably speak to your HV.
