This is my third baby and I wish I started off at a lower weight (as my second baby is 9 months I hadn’t quite shed it all from my last pregnancy). I’m trying really hard to eat whole foods (with the occasional maccies 😂) and also ensure I’m stretching a lot. I try and get 10k steps a day whilst I can, but am worried I’m just going to become huge again. I was absolutely massive when I was full term with my last baby, granted he was large. But I’d just love to feel more in control this time around.
Is anyone else in the same boat/keeping up their exercise? Any magic tricks or healthy snacking suggestions? 🙏🏻

Swimming! 3-4 times a week. Feel like it balances out my constant snacking !!! X
