Spa help! (UK of that makes a difference)

Ladies please help. I’ve been gifted a night away spa break with treatments on my own….

I’ve literally never stepped foot in a spa and having serious anxiety 🙈

Like what do I wear? A swimming costume I assume??… do I need a towel? Can I take a bag and headphones, will I look like an idiot by myself?

Please walk me through this like I’m 5 😥😥

Jealous! I love a spa day!
Depends what one your going to, most supply towels and robs and slippers.
I take a swimming costume and then when I go for my treatment I put dry underwear on. You can take headphones book what ever you want. So many people go on their own. I do and I prefer to. Enjoy it

Nappies

Hi girlies, wondering what nappies are decent these days (preferably own brands). I fell in love with Tesco nappies but they’ve now changed the design and they’re so thin and the tabs are super stretchy which makes the tongues come out. Also tried Aldi nappies (they’re alright in younger sizes but find older sizes leak LOADS) and Asda (despised how thin they were). Any people recommend!

Nappies

Super random. But has anybody used nappies like this before, I was gifted them for my baby shower and threw the packaging away & I love them! But I can't find the brand of the nappies to buy more 😭😭

Breast pumps, which are best?

I am due in November, and I want to try and breast feed and pump so me and my partner can share feeding.

Which ones have you used and would you recommend?

Unsettled baby

My baby is 4 weeks old and all of a sudden she is so unsettled at night. Squirming, grunting, then crying. I think it is that she is uncomfortable, but I do tummy massage and bicycle legs and she doesn’t pass any gas. I don’t know what to do or what is wrong.

My first had colic, reflux and was a very difficult baby. I never got any sleep.
We had a great 2-3 weeks with our second and we couldn’t believe it.. she never cried and would feed and then go straight back to sleep. Now out of nowhere she is so unsettled, seems very uncomfortable and cries a lot at night. Has this happened to anyone else’s baby? I am exhausted :(

She is EBF

Combo feeding

So… I’ve just had a conversation with my mum about combo feeding when baby comes I.E. breast feeding from the evening through to the morning and then day time feeds being formula, I’m thinking this as as much as it sounds silly I don’t feel comfortable with breastfeeding in public, my mum has shot this right down and told me I’m being stupid and should strictly breastfeed even when I’ve voiced how I feel, what do you guys think? Am I being silly and overthinking the whole breastfeeding in public
