Did you just start feeling like this at 45?
Because Im years younger and I feel old.
My spine hurts. it's hard to gain weight after a loss from stress even if i eat. Im exhausted.
Life situations can make use feel old because we're exhausted and have to keep going.
But these days, feeling old(er) is common. This world isn't for the weak.

I get a deep sense of rage out of nowhere I could I actually punch someone. Everything irritates me. My head hurts I have body aches. My period i regular though. Am.i going crazy here??

What if you are a month post partum and you had sex and you didn’t have your period what does that mean? I don’t feel tired or nauseous or anything what should I do

Postpartum symptoms

I’m an older FTM at 37 and really struggling with postpartum in a physical sense. I’m now 18 months pp. however experiencing symptoms like women going through early menopause.

Awful hot sweats, achey joints, swelling in hands/legs/feet. Absolutely vile mood swings, low mood, fatigue and brain fog. The list is endless. I’ve seen doctors and on paper I’m healthy but my body is definitely screaming otherwise at me.

Has anyone experienced anything similar postpartum and is this normal. Will things return to normal or has pregnancy triggered some kind of early menopause!?

Hello to other empty-nesters!

Hi, I'm Cristina. I'm a mom of a now adult child who is going through that empty-nester phase. I'm trying to keep busy with other activities in my life so as to not rely on my son so much for his company as he does have his own life now. I'm discovering myself again.

Anybody else’s periods gone crazy!!!

Why am I having 2 periods in July!!!! 😡 I’m 38 used to have clockwork regular periods my whole life since having my last born (2 years ago via c-section) it’s all gone crazy. Some months just light spotting other times it’s a whole bloodbath and now I’m having multiple periods in 1 month!!!
Anyone else facing this?!
Is it perimenopause? Is it childbirth hormones?!
