Lying on your front is actually safe throughout your entire pregnancy! It just gets more difficult to do it the further along you get. It’s actually not safe to sleep on your back during pregnancy but you don’t have to worry about that until you’re around 28 weeks pregnant

Its not recommended to lye on your tummy, but in the first trimester my midwife said they are well cushioned. But its around 24 weeks and then the 3rd trimester they say dont lye on your back. If you do wake up on your back, roll over to your side. Im struggling with keep going on my back during sleep and thought my pregnancy pillow would help! (Im 17+6 but trying to train myself to side sleep) X

😭😭😭girl lie on your tummy all you can because later on you’ll miss it. I was too careful in my 1st pregnancy and i could’ve been comfier for way longer 😂 this time around I’m laying on my stomach until I can no longer do it comfortably hahha
