Might have lost my mucus plug

This feels really embarrassing to type out and might be tmi but im really freaking out. Im 29 weeks and 2 days, and today when I woke up I was really wet down there but not waters breaking wet. And ive found some discharge that matches goggles description of what the mucus plug should look like. I haven't had any other symptoms but is this normal? Surely im not going into labour this early? ive been having growth scans and shes still breech!

If you’re worried, I would phone 111 or labour triage. Do you have the nhs healthier together app? That should be able to take you through a series of Qs to establish whether it’s an emergency

I lost my mucus plug twice before being induced at 43+5

I have had both my babies early 34 and 35 weeks , my water broke randomly for literally no reason , now with my second I would freak out at any little wetness/discharge but when your pregnant it’s normal , with that being said , I had a gush and a lot of water leaking and very obvious mucous plug with my first now with my second I kinda felt a pop and was like a very very slow drip and a maybe this is mucus plug , took me a couple hours to start feeling some contractions , then we went to er , nowwwww alllll that being said it’s always better to go in and just check on baby,

Birthdays

As my birthday rolls around in 5 days, I am feeling a sense of uneasiness or sadness. I just feel yet again there are no friends, no plans, no celebration of life, and hell my man doesn’t “do birthdays.” I know birthdays don’t mean much to some but it’s like I’m longing to feel celebrated just once in this life. Last year I pre-ordered myself flowers and cake and a gift to be sent to my door on my day so I could feel surprised lol Just sad really. I think I may find something to do with my little guy.

C section advise

Im a second time mum and am anxious about the birth.
I am considering a planned C section. I have a (then) just 3 year old and a large dog. I do not have spontaneous childcare nor dogcare and need to plan a lot in advance, thats part of my labour anxiety of not knowing when things start of (ie we do NOT in any way have over night childcare at all as we dont have friends or family where we live right now).

Please can you share your experiences on c section recovery with toddler and dog - the only one to help will be husband, who will be off for 3ish weeks.

I'm UK based and hospital is about 45 mins drive away.

PREGNANT WOMEN DON’T COMPLAIN ENOUGH

It’s 3:40am. I am lying in bed unable to sleep. So uncomfortable, congested, hot, need a wee every 5 minutes etc etc. I just can’t help but feel completely enraged that nobody warned me how hard pregnancy is. I can’t help but feel like women have been programmed not to talk about this/complain/warn other women to make life more enjoyable for men. It should be a WHOLE thing. There should be more support available for us. This whole experience is so isolating and frustrating. I feel like writing a book/making a documentary to warn/prepare women 😂 Excuse this breakdown - not being able to sleep makes me emotional. But is it just me? I can’t stand being pregnant and I want to shout it from the rooftops!!!! 📣

Sore bump

Does anyone else ever feel like they’ve got a sore belly? Ive woken up this morning and my belly just feels so sore ive felt my son move etc im unsure if i dreamt it or if it was real but i think he couldve been doing a lot of movements in the night. For the first night i actually slept 9:30-2:30 instead of 11:30🤣

How long to get dating scan confirmation??

I had a midwife appointment last week on Wednesday I was 9 weeks 6 days so close to
10 weeks. She said I’d get confirmation soon about when my dating scan 12 weeks would be but I still haven’t heard anything. I really want to know when I’ll get booked in how long did it take you all?

Period

I gave birth 26th May and had my first period 22nd July which was so heavy anyways today I have started bleeding again is this normal? It’s only 2 weeks since my first period
