Hello, everyone! I am Anya, 41 going 42 soon, and going to be a first time mom to twins in February. Feeling very overwhelmed and constantly exhausted, thinking what is appropriate to discuss here please?Hair loss, body aches or issues like names etc😁💞. I’ll take a shot; I am iron deficient, massively actually and taking ferrous sulphate 200mg daily and currently experiencing excessive shedding.. anyone heard of this problem? My friends mostly say they had it postnatal rather than now supposedly I should be having thick nice hair🫣 which I am not. Thank you x
