Induced labor
I'm only going til 39, but I was definitely thinking about labor inducing remedies before my August 4th induction. I've heard some good ones, but now I'm sorta freaked out about them, lol... especially the ones that might work, like castor oil shakes.
I'm nervous...

First trimester worries
Hey mamas 🤎 I just wanted to share a little of what I’m going through and see if anyone else can relate… I recently did my glucose testing and my results came back kind of… borderline. I didn’t fully “fail,” but I did have one high number, and now I’m being watched a little more closely. On top of that, my baby is measuring a bit ahead (I’m 23 weeks and was told baby is around 1.5 lbs), so naturally my mind is going there… I’ll be honest — I’m feeling a little anxious about gestational diabetes. My mom had diabetes and dealt with a lot of complications, so it’s hard not to think about that. The crazy part is, I’m not really a sweets person. I don’t eat a lot of candy or sugary stuff, but I do eat things like bread, rice, pasta, pastries here and there… so now I’m learning it’s not just about “sugar,” it’s about how the body processes carbs too. Right now I’m just trying to stay calm, learn, and make small changes where I can without stressing myself out. Has anyone else had: • borderline glucose results? • a baby measuring a little big early on? • or just the fear around gestational diabetes in general? I’d really love to hear your experiences — good, bad, or reassuring 🤎

Pregnancy termination
If you were offered amniocentesis during your pregnancy, did you choose to do it? Why or why not? Did your age influence your decision? Did fear play a role? Did peace of mind matter more? No judgment either way — I’m genuinely curious how other women navigated this decision. Let’s share experiences so we can support each other. 💛
