I'm really struggling. I have two under two. My PPD is pretty bad. I'm on birth control and antidepressants. I even bumped them. Last month. I'm in therapy. I'm even using this random bird game app on my phone to help me get my feelings out and do breathing activities.
I have a village. I have a husband. I literally go to my mom's house everyday with the kids. I'm a stay at home mom.
Yet I'm still struggling. I'm still having suicidal thoughts. I'm still struggling to connect with my kids and partner. I'm still crying all the time and hating myself. I'm so exhausted. Where do I even go from here? I'm even praying and trying to get closer to God because I'm so desperate to feel okay again. I know I love my kids but now I feel so resentful because I'm stuck in the biggest pit of my life.
What do I do now?

Hey mama.
First of all: you sound like a REALLY good mum. You sound responsible and you sound like you're doing absolutely everything you can think of to feel better and to be there for your kids. It's evident that you love them and these feelings are out of your control. But you're trying therapy and medication and games and faith, and reaching out to family (such as your mum) for support.
I know it's really really rough. I had PPD after my first, I struggled a lot and I only have one so I know everything I felt is probably double for you as you have two children to think about every day and a lot more on your plate. Even if your mum and husband are helping you, I can imagine that you're still exhausted and you have the right to feel exhausted.
I don't have a magic answer but I wanted to validate your feelings and say well done for what you are doing. It does get better. I came out of PPD and things became easier over time but it does take time. Having said that, these feelings are temporary, all the love
