How do you work through/process anger as a SAHM?

I have been trying really hard to work on my patience this year. My mom was not the most patient person, so I've always known I don't want to be the same way. It's a lot easier said than done 😅 I do feel that I've improved to some degree. However, throughout the day, it's really hard for me to healthily process my emotions.
I feel like, when I do exercise patience with something, I suppress my angry emotions at that time. Those suppressed emotions then linger inside of me and build up until I explode later in the day, because when I'm going from trying to diffuse a little quarrel to trying to make sure my kids are eating (let alone eating fairly healthily for their ages), to making dinner while one kid wants me to hold him and so on and so forth, it all adds up.
However, I immediately feel guilty every time I do yell, especially because I know it doesn't help anybody. I always know that I want to and should be better. It's really difficult for me to do so in any given moment when I can't just walk away from a situation.

My husband is doing whatever he can right now to help with situations when he's not working, but he does have an injured back as of last week, so I am doing any physical labor for the most part (mostly with my youngest).

I struggle with this to. I find that making sure I take breathers alone every once in a while helps. I just make sure my little ones are in a safe area. Even if its just going to the bathroom alone. I've learnee that they will be okay crying a couple minutes if it means they have a calmer mom after. If you hear any better tips, let me know cause I need them lol. And just a reminder, that fact you care enough to ask means you are doing great. Being a mom is hard.

We’ve had a consistent routine for ages bedtime 7pm usually baby wakes up for feed about 3am sometimes doesn’t wake and wakes about 7/7:30am and now suddenly baby is waking at 12:30/1am for bottle and then wakes for the day at 5:30am and can’t get him back down..Can anyone shed any light on why this would happen? Is there anything I can do to push his wake later?

Baby will only sleep on me, not in crib—help!

My baby settles instantly when he’s in my arms but cries or screams the moment I put him in his next to me crib. Has anyone found tips or gentle ways to help their baby sleep in the crib rather than just on them? Would love to hear what worked for others.

Speech at 18 months concerns

My son is almost 19 months old and has very few words and none of them are very clear, he says gone, balloon and up and rarely says mum or dad not even once a day, doesn’t say it when he sees us or if I ask him who we are, I’ve been to see the health visitor but she said there isn’t much they do before 2 years old, just wondering where everyone else’s babies are with speech and if anyone else is worried about their little ones speech

Am I being crazy?

Hi, so I just came on my period and yesterday afternoon I kicked my husband out for being too rough with my baby, he refused to see my point of view and instead made me feel bad, he’s done this so much.

He struggles to put her to sleep so he results to essentially forcing her to sleep, he picks her up roughly and plays with her too intensely for my liking she’s only three months so I don’t want to hurt her but he just doesn’t see it that way, whenever he puts her to sleep she screams but it’s different with me? I can’t tell whether I overreacted or not, I’m currently dealing with postpartum depression, anxiety and psychosis, I’m scared I overreacted.
