my baby (19 weeks) has been SO unsettled at night lately. it’s become really hard to transfer him into his cot and even when i do manage it, he’s waking up every hour 😩 we’ve resorted to co-sleeping just to save both of us from being completely exhausted.
i’m kinda bummed because his sleep was SO good before this! he was only waking 1–2 times a night and happily sleeping in his cot 🥲 really hoping this is just a phase and passes soon!
i’m not sure if it’s the 4 month regression or teething though. he’s been like this since he learned to roll from back to belly (he can’t roll back yet, but thankfully he doesn’t do it in his sleep). he’s also drooling loads and making these funny faces that look like he’s sucking on his bottom gums
ugh idk, i just need some hope that it’ll get better lol 😭 lmk if you’ve experienced/are experiencing anything similar!

Hes 4 month isnt he?
My son is 5 months, he was sleeping so well, woke up in night from 3 half months to 4 and slept through night ever since but he sleeps fine in evening but he just plays up in his naps. He used to nap for a hour twice a day now no chance he would sleep for 10 mins and awake again. Hes teething bad and i hope its just sleep regression. He can't even roll hah.
But he seems to be improving. Just keep entertaining him, wear him out more, like putting him in a bouncer with activities on the ring thing. Bring him to you in kitchen or watch you do things. It does tire them out. Message if you want because I think we're in same boat 👋
