To my mamas with nose piercings.. How soon after your piercing did you get a hoop? I'm so tired of my stud 🙄

I know you've gotta allow it time to fully heal etc plus I don't want my hole (lol) stretching & getting too big but my face looks so much better with a hoop/ring (I wore fake ones before I took the leap in April this year 🫣 )

7 months I think! my piercer said to wait 6-8 months so I split the difference. Once I got to 5 months with the stud in I was less bothered about waiting 2 extra months

I also went to a different local shop to get my swapped out instead of trying to do it myself, I had a labret nose stud put in as my initial jewelry so i definitely needed the assistance of a professional lol
