What are everyone’s routines for their little ones? My twins are 8 weeks old, they were born at 33 weeks. We feed them every 3-4 hours, but I don’t know how to go about the night feeds. A lot of moms at this stage start to see longer stretches of the night without feeding, but because ours are preemies, I’ve been told by nurses not to let them go beyond 4 hours without feeds. This means we are waking them up in the night to feed sometimes. Is anyone else having to do this too? At which point do I not need to worry about this anymore and can let them sleep longer?
I’m having a hard time navigating the preemie side of things, the stages and milestones babies would normally reach don’t apply to my little ones so I don’t know if I should be worried if they are behind or if this normal all preemie babies? Any advice would be appreciated.

My daughter was born at 32 weeks and basically I had 2 months extra of the newborn stage! That was hard! But I'm so grateful to have her. I didn't bother following any milestone tbh. The only one you need to be concerned of is if they are not walking by 18 months. I don't think my daughter did anything early. She smiled late, crawled very late, and walked at 16 months (corrected). I was told it is not a sign of intelligence. Fast forward she's now 3. She's bright, bossy, and talks like someone much older than her age and is really helpful with looking after her baby brother.
Just be patient and enjoy the stages, especially this baby stage! Because the toddler stage comes fast even though it might not seem like it now. And my daughter started sleeping all through the night at about 7 or 8 months when we moved her into her own room x
