We are now 25 weeks pregnant and haven’t found out the gender. We had this scan at 18 weeks and were sent this potty shot by the sonographer- riskay! Is it the genitalia?! The clinic have denied that it includes the genitalia but it looks rather suspicious to me 😂

Scheduled c-section

Hey mamas! I’m scheduled to have a c-section on September 24th. I had an emergency c-section with my son but I was put under and obviously wasn’t aware of what was going on. This time since it’s scheduled I’ll be awake and I’m really nervous about it. Any advice or anything to maybe help calm my nerves? I’ve heard about how you can feel the pressure and tugging and it really freaks me out knowing I’ll be awake while someone is moving my organs around and pulling out my baby 🙃

Collecting colostrum

Has anyone has a scheduled c section and still collected colostrum?

Pre labour cramping?

For the last 24 hours I've been experiencing mild to medium period like cramping in my belly and back. I'm 39+5. I also had it a couple of days ago but it subsided. It is consistent, it doesn't come and go like a contraction, and it doesn't go away with rest. Could this be labour starting? Did anyone else have this, and if so, how long after did labour start?

12 week scan

I went for my 12 week scan on Monday just gone I thought I was 12+2/3 based on my last menstrual cycle. I was told multiple times that I was actually exactly 13 weeks, my report was uploaded 2 days after the scan so I would have been 13+2. Where the report says 13+2 does that mean on the day it was uploaded I was that or does it mean I was 13+2 on the day of the scan?? My partner was adamant he saw on the screen at the time that it said 13+2 but I never saw it so couldn’t confirm and he only mentioned it once we had left the hospital. I know it’s only 2 days difference but it’s really bugging me 😂

Due date week earlier than expected

Had my scan on Friday, and my due date was the 22nd of Feb, but now it's the 16th of Feb. Has anyone else had their date move like this?

Pregnancy severe Nausea and Vomitting

Hello mums
I am going to be mum for the second time. My first time pregnancy first trimester was terrible. I somehow survived it. But it’s becoming worse this time with a toddler around. I am having terrible nausea and vomiting. I can’t stand any food. Every other smell makes me puke. It’s like living a nightmare every single day.
I know I can go to the GP and ask for anti-sickness meds. But I am bit suspicious as I had miscarriage before my first baby after taking a lot of anti-sickness medication.(idk if that was the reason). It just remained in my head and I can’t trust those medications anymore.

Please tell me if you have any other solutions or home remedies that worked for you which I can try. So far I have tried anti sickness bands and some sucking lemon chocolates. Does not seem to help at all.
