Has anyone heard or been said that they have a bilobed placenta ?

I had a succenturiate placenta which is essentially the same thing. Had to have extra scans to check the cord insertion wasn’t velamentous as that can cause a problem (I was so worried the whole time though in case it was going to cause a problem anyway), but my labour was fine I just asked for a photo of it to make sure all parts came out, & ensured it was written on my birth plan x
