At what age did you put your baby in a walker (if they used one, not for the moms against walkers lol sorry)

How many months was your baby when you put them in a walker? My soon to be 6m old is starting to crawl but he gets so impatient being stuck in the playpen (we have 3 yr old who is a little rough when playing so we separate them). He tries to climb out of our arms already and do his own thing. We have his sister old walker and I’m wondering what age everyone put their baby in. With his sister we didn’t put her in till she was 6 months old and man she learned to walk so freaking fast yall, she walked before turning 1. Current baby has been learning to crawling since 4m 🫪 this kid is so advanced and it baffles me. So yeah what age did your baby start using the walker ☺️

A little more context: I ask bc this little guy lets me get little to nothing done because he wants to be held or climbing all over me. I have a toddler who needs a lot of attention as well and just need something that’s gonna keep him entertained and busy while I tend to his big sissy.

I’m against them ish. I don’t think they should be I’m them all day. So I would do an hour max at a time since it’s not great for their hips. We had with my first one do those door jolly jumpers. They were great. We didn’t use it with our second because we didn’t have a doorway to use it with it. But I’d do that for 30 min max. For a walker if just make sure that they can walk fully on their feet and not just toes. But I’d start putting them in there when they can basically sit up on their own. So idk 5 plus months depending on the child

I put my girl in it around 7 or 8 months. You don't really want to do it before 6 months because it really can cause hip dysplasia and other issues. My daughter refused to walk in it though 😂 She liked to play with the toys on it but hated actually using it as a walker. I got the Jeep one, I think it's too heavy for her to move it, so avoid buying that one. She was able to move around better in the basic Walmart one my dad got her for his house though.

My son was told he was able to eat solids around 4 months old and at first we just put him in there to feed him then. After he started crawling we would put him in there but it didn't lead to him walking the only way he would walk is if we held his hands and helped him walk that way

Sleeping on your back

Hi guys, I've been told so many different things about ways of sleeping. I try to sleep on my left but I always find I sleep on my back. Is this ok?

17 month old not walking

My son has just turned 17 months and still isn’t walking, he can crawl, pull himself up on things & cruise along furniture. He’s also able to take a few steps if we play a game of back & fourth but gives up quite quickly.

I think he may be double jointed, I’ve spent far too long on Google & im really concerned / starting to not sleep because of it.

Has anyone had any positive outcomes?
I feel like I’m not doing enough etc 😩

Doing so much better

Just wanted to make a post to any other new mums out there who are fixated on your baby’s sleep.
For the first three months it was all I could focus on, making sure she got enough daytime sleep to help stretch out her nights / focused heavily on wake windows. I realised I became obsessive and it was making motherhood so rigid.
For the past few weeks I have thrown it all out the window and have trusted my instinct, stopped tracking on huckleberry and very loosely follow the clock but more so look at my baby’s cues.
Her sleep is still very much up and down but she has given me night stretches of 6 hours at times. The one significant improvement has been in myself and my enjoyment of motherhood. I actually feel free? 🤣
I know schedules work for some but ultimately wake windows are just an average and every baby is different.
I really would recommend to anyone who is struggling with this to just put everything down even for a few days and see if you notice a difference in yourself
I’m here if anyone wants to chat about the wormhole of sleep, the routine of searching everything on Google and the worry of everyday feeling like a battle of naps 💕

Removing childs monobrow wrong or right

My sister and brother always had monobrows and were both bullied till they were old enough to remove it themselves. my middle child came out with one and I plucked it and now they're older I use wax sheets on it whenever bits start to reappear I think its basic maintenance of a child like clipping their nails or brushing their teeth
