I am really very confuse, can anyone tell me what to pack in hospital bag as I am first time Mom and I really don’t know what to pack and what to leave. Some videos on youtube says to pack nail filer as well. Is it okay to file nail of a new born Baby?

I haven't seen anything stating a nail file, this is definitely not on your list of priorities in the hospital.
Couple of baby clothes, vest, onesie that sort of thing. Nappies, cotton wool or wipes depending what you read. Muslins, blanket.

Here's my list for me and baby! I've never needed to file babies nails straight away, although they can be long. Most newborn onsies have sleeves that fold over the hands to stop scratching!
