Second Baby Anxiety

So I am currently almost 8 months pregnant with my second baby. My other child turns 3 at the end of this month. For the longest time it was just me and him. I’ve been noticing lately that the further along I get in this pregnancy, my son is acting out more and is literally clinging to me for dear life a vast majority of the time. I’m having so much anxiety that he won’t adjust well to the new baby and I’m also feeling a lot of guilt for the amount of attention I know he’s used to getting which will obviously change once the new baby is here. I also spent most of the beginning of his life in survival mode so I genuinely don’t remember a lot of the super early time of his life and I’m worried that I’ve forgotten how to parent a baby that small. I don’t know if it’s just pregnancy hormones making me extra anxious but as excited as I truly am for the new baby I’m also feeling really scared on so many levels.

Anyway……
Have you read any book about being a big brother ? I knew we having a boy so I got a book called barf burger baby I was here first. After reading it I asked him if he felt this way and he say yes but in his way as my kids are 3 year apart. I also made sure to tell him after hai brother born we will have just him and me time . Which I did . We had mommy and son movie nights before baby was born and after he was born and we read this book constantly just to pinpoint how he felt before and after. He went through a phase where we was acting up but after talking to him and reading and reassuring him he seemed to calm down but it wasn’t until after baby was born did he fully calm down. We got him
