How many days are you returning to work? Is anyone quitting their job to stay home?
Please let me know in the comments how many children you have and what your days/hours are going to look like? I am having a major meltdown about going back to work after my 3rd baby. I've been fighting to get 3 days in a very demanding job. I have always worked full time but this is my last baby & I want to enjoy him. My husband also works offshore and I'm on own so I know I will struggle. Seriously considering not going back & giving up my permanent safe job. Would love others experiences on this too, the good & the bad.

It’s very hard. I don’t know what other mums do, there’s hardly any part time roles out there and even if there is they clash with school runs. Such a shame
I only have 1 but not going back. Already handed in my notice. As long as you can afford it and want to stay at home I say do it.
