Acne or heat rash ?
I have been using cooled boiled water to wipe my 6 week olds face.
I can’t tell if it’s heat rash or acne.
Anyone have any tips v useful x

Personally I’d say baby acne however I was told I could tell by feeling it! It feels rough and raised its baby acne which is also very common on cheeks, forehead chin. it it feels flat or only slightly bumpy and looks like just a patch it’s a heat rash which is rarely on baby’s face more common on back, armpits, folds xx
I’d say baby acne or milk rash my daughter got it at around 4-6 weeks but has now gone. But just confirm with your health visitor or doctors at your 6 weeks check she’s now 8 weeks x
