C section aftermath
I was just wondering if anyone has had anything similar?
I’m 4 months pp and I’m still numb from my belly button to my scar and I was wondering when feeling starts to come back? A friend of mine also had a c section and she had feeling back within 6 weeks.
Another thing, I’ve got REALLY bad back pain, I struggle to pick up my daughter from her crib and her Moses basket, it’s a sharp pain from the right side of my back and goes down my right butt cheek. It hurts when I lean to pick up my phone from the sofa, or if I turn it feels like my right leg is about to go. Is this normal?

The numbness will gradually improve. I'm 14 months out and still some areas around the scar feel numb to touch.
The little nerves in the skin and muscles need time to recover after CS.
Regarding back pain, most likely related to the spinal block. Worth mentioning to your GP or HV.
