1 more layer than you. Personally I'd be doing vest, babygrow and cardigan and probably a lighter coat outside

I’d say it depends more on your house and if you’re going out or not .
My house is still current 21 so my boys are in a babygrow with no vest but we have no plans of leaving the house today overwise they’d have a vest on aswell then blanket if needed
