Delayed Ejaculation?? Ttc, any advice or successful experiences?

Has anyone conceived with their partner having delayed Ejaculation? I'm looking for some hope because I feel completely heartbroken rn.

So my husband obviously has it but won't acknowledge it or seek help. We are ttc for our second and he made a promise to try and find a solution to it whilst we ttc. Now he's gone back on his promise and doesn't want to look at other solutions, insemination, gp appointments, therapy etc. He won't even discuss it at the moment.

We've tried a few times already this month and I'm approaching my window. I just don't know what to do. I think the broken promise (yet again) is hurting me more than fear of failing to conceive again.

Can someone share their advice, success? I've done nothing but cry today 💔😭
