Any advice to support little ones with nursery illnesses? We have had one settling in session and I think she’s coming down with something.
I know it’s inevitable and all supports her immune system, but anything that will help? Recommended vitamins?

We have found the recommended vit A,C&D multivitamin (as long as baby isn't having more than 500ml of formula) has been sufficient to keep away illnesses that keep them home. Our 14 month old naturally ends up with some runny noses due to things like airconditioning etc but nothing serious. Got ours from boots and you dilute it with water.

Really there isn’t much you can do to help except ride it out. Vitamins will help them fight something possibly but their immune system needs to build up its immunity. I feel like the worst employee for the past 3 months of being off what feels like weekly x

The calpol plugins are really good when they're congested. I also found it good for when I caught stuff too.
But like Amy said, there isn't much you can do really. The first 3 months she was catching something every other week. But she hasn't caught anything for the last 2 months, which has been great!
