Pain on the palm of my hands

Today I’m having pain in the palm of both hands , it’s almost like a painful hot itch. Ofc I looked it up and it said it could be something to do with the liver , I have no other symptoms. I had something similar with my first pregnancy at the last trimester and they induced me couple days later . I’m not sure if I should be worried because I’m in my first trimester and my next appt is until September 9th . The pain comes and go and only last a couple seconds , but at one point it hurt so bad my eyes watered I usually don’t complain of pain often .
