4 yr old escape artist

We just moved into a house a month ago that has the whole perimeter of the backyard fence facing outward to where the beams are on our side. My four year old will climb right over like nothing. We just built a chicken wire fence on the inside to try and fence him in. He will try and find things to step on and climb over.. he will get over. I’m about to give birth. I need this backyard completely safe and childproof so he can’t escape while my parents are here watching the kids. Please any ideas/suggestions?! We have put out of reach locks on all the doors to be sure he can’t get outside without someone out there but I would like to feel like I can step in my house without constant anxiety that he will escape.
