Anyone struggling to deal with prodromal labour? I've been having stop/start strong Braxton Hicks for weeks, the past 10 days especially almost every night I feel like labour is starting and then it just - fizzles. I had nothing like this with my son 3 years ago. And it's driving me up the wall!! Literally every time it gets to the point that I think "I'll time the next one" it vanishes completely. It's exhausting and so frustrating. I just want baby here now, I'm so uncomfortable and being teased like this every evening/night is really messing with my mind. I couldn't stop crying yesterday morning! I'm 39+2 and my son came at 39+6.

Ive had braxtons in weeks up to, ive had like 3 4 nights and 1 where i was crying then stopped!
I had braxtons a lot with my 2nd but not as uncomfortable as ive been with this pregnancy
Both mine came a bit early too 39+3 and 39+6 and im now 39+5 so i counted on early and now i reckon ill actually have my 40wk appt on tuesday lol x

Yes this is the same with me... Getting more and more sure it's here and then sending my child away and yes never sure! We have to be patient and not try to compare the births, I know it is so hard to doš. Spending more time in the dark today made me maintain a reasonable consistency but also it is because I am getting exhausted and emotional too!!
We will get there!!

My first was 39+4 and I fully expected to go late then. This time, I'm 40+2 and every ache is making me so twitchy. I can't relax and I'm exhausted, but also bored and emotional. I didn't realise how the waiting would be such a specific kind of torture.
I hope everyone's twitches, aches and contractions all turn into something more productive soon š

I was in early labour for 3 days, it was so awful I feel for you girl, your time will eventually come, your bodyās preparing
Anyone else expecting their rainbow baby?
