i’m a sahm my baby is 10 months i found him cheating that turned into hysterical bonding i was telling him i need him to get a vasectomy because im breastfeeding and i didn’t want the birth control to mess up my supply. i told him i would never trust him to have another child. im pregnant i feel so dumb. he’s shoves me when he’s mad. he gets more furious when i start crying in an argument he’s never once just calmed down and given me a hug. I have crazy anxiety with the thought of not being able to care for my baby and put her in day care and even if i did i worry i can’t make enough to support two children alone. we’re married but my phone is in his name, my car is his i have no friends or family to support me no money at all and a baby that refuses all formula, i’ve never left her alone with anyone she barely eats food i genuinely feel like im stuck in a hole. has anyone ever managed to get out as a sahm with nothing? its not even that he wants to change this man genuinely hates me

I was due with baby #3 in March of 2026, had an almost 3 year old and a 13mo when me and their father got into a HUGE argument and I just felt unsafe (nothing physical & we lived in Phoenix) I called my parents who lived in Houston. Idk how but they somehow managed to get all of us a flight out to Houston the morning. I also had a large lab that I needed to find shelter for. Called SO many places and got him transported to grandpa who lives in Michigan.
I had been a SAHM since I got pregnant with my first/hadn’t worked in 3 years! No car in my name no income, nothing.
I applied to every government assistance program you can think of just to get myself back on my feet while living with my parents - SNAP, WIC, TANF, etc.
I’m still here in Houston and had a beautiful baby boy in March. 7 months later, I’ve started my own in-home bakery business and now opening a food truck with my dad.
It was the hardest time of my life but in the end I found myself again.
