Capping nap

Has anyone started capping nap ? Im wondering if it would help her sleep in more . She’s been waking up between 5:30/6:15 more frequently. She sore
Times was sleeping tell 6:30-7.She naps normally for 2.5 hours so I thought about trying just 2 hours . Nap is at 11:45/12 and bedtime is 7:30 .

How old is she? I would push out her nap a little, maybe to 1230. But keep bedtime the same between 730-8. She might be a little overtired before bed

My 18 month old sleeps 9:00-11am and 3:00-4pm. I think yours might be over tired, maybe try a morning nap and an afternoon nap. For reference she sleeps 7pm-6:30am so I’m not sure. I have noticed if I make her bedtime later, 7:30 or 8 she still wakes up at 6:30am.

My son is an early riser (think 6-6:30) and has been for years. Nothing we did changed that; it just changed his mood. My daughter (18M) used to sleep in more but has started waking around 7, so I have a feeling her wake is moving up too. We started having split nights (she would wake up happy in the middle of the night) so we capped nap - but capped by time… so she’s awake by 3 to make her 7pm bedtime. She usually goes down around 12:30-1 (both my kids have needed longer wake windows in the morning than the afternoon). They do start to need a little less sleep so maybe she is sleeping too much. Is she happy or upset when she wakes up?
