nipple cream
i’m 11 weeks exclusively breastfeeding and i haven’t used nipple cream/balm in about 9 weeks. is this normal should i be using nipple cream?

I exclusively breastfeed too, about 6 months and going. I wouldn’t use the cream unless you need to. If your nipples don’t hurt or not sore, I’d say it’s perfectly fine to go without the cream ☺️
